Believe it or not the following menu is in no way comprehensive, I'm forgetting
any number of delicious treats. Also, with very few exceptions, everything was
homemade, home cured, and prepared at Kit and Janel's.
I attributed specific dishes to specific people, but all cooking was a group
effort and shared equally.
As an aside, each individual dish, with the exception of Crock Pot pastrami and
Ash Brisket, was the best example I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
I was not present for Thursday's festivities which was, from what I understand,
a culinary event unto itself.
