Saturday Breakfast:

Big Jim's fresh lard poached farm fresh eggs.
Bacon cooked on OMJ’s pit
Sun-dried tomato sausage cooked on OMJ’s pit
Fresh Big Jim biscuits
Big Jim’s sausage gravy
Grits fresh made by Big Jim

Saturday Lunch:

Adrie’s Dolma (grape leaf stuffed with rice, meat, celery leaves)
Fresh baked wild yeast bread by Adrie
Lavash with poppy seed and sesame seed prepared by Adrie
Adrie made three spreads for the lavash:
Taziki
Potato-almond-olive oil
Preserved lemon lemon-grass (homemade)-sour cream mixed with cream cheese)
Italian preserved eggplant (Indian green chili pickle with mustered oil)
OMJ's Smoked chicken salad with fruit and pecans
Pickled quail eggs with ginger, onion, parsley and fresh chili. (Made fresh by Adrie <of course> with quail eggs from her very own quail)
Lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice dim sum
Three -layer lemon chiffon cake with candied violets


Fri Mid-Afternoon snack:

Gary the Goat with dry rub, bacon wrap and chili/orange oil mop.
Goat was aged for 4-days and cooked with wood burned to coals

Friday dinner:

Big Jim's Tuna tomato hushpuppies
Big Jim’s jalapeno-cheese
Two batches of each of the above hushpuppies laced with habanero
OMJ's Meatloaf
OMJ's Corn Pudding
Fresh Cracklings
Fresh Florida strawberries.

Grapefruit
Lard toasted ciabatta

Note: I realize that the amount and quality of food sounds somewhat implausible, but, if anything, I have forgotten a few items. Bob and Adrie are exceptional hosts and gourmets of the highest standards. Bob and Adrie, who make virtually everything from scratch, including stilton cheese, are who Martha Stewart pretends to be.
