LTH Listserv

To subscribe to the LTH listserv send an email to
lth-subscribe@sptsb.com respond to the confirmation email and you are a member of the LTH listserv.

To email the list in general send an email addressed to lth@sptsb.com and it will be distributed to everyone subscribed to the LTH list, including yourself.

To remove your address from the list, just send a message to:
<lth-unsubscribe@sptsb.com>

You MUST both send and receive from the same email address as you signed to the LTH list or your email will not go through.
