Crab and Eggs
Having bought 4-dozen eggs at the farmer's market I queried
LTHForum.com for ideas. Bill/SFNM, aka Iron Chef BBQ, suggested Joyce Chen's
Crab and Eggs. In a word delicious!
Since I had ingredients for Crab Rangoon I thought, what the hell, and made a batch. For a dip I made Sweet-spicy garlic sauce from the June/July Saveur.
